02 — The story
An emotional orientation system
Art is used to mark transitions and give identity to corridors, waiting areas and thresholds. The project seeks to soften uncertainty while honoring institutional and regional memory.
Nariño as living material
Landscape, color, local imagery and layered textures enter the building as a contemporary tapestry. Territory becomes a source of calm and a way of recognizing oneself inside the space.
